Brand New Day is a non-for profit in the Port of Elizabeth that builds and maintains low income housing. BND also helps people to purchase their first homes by refurbishing properties and then selling them for a reduced cost to the new home owners. Since BND is a non for profit we help them design their collateral in a way that ensures the best quality at the best price. This was our latest project.
